Fund-Raising
Ninety percent of Montessori Learning Path's operating budget is funded through tuition. The remaining 10 percent is based on fundraising activities, including contributions to our Annual Fund.
The Annual Fund allows families to make fully tax-deductible gifts to our school and helps us avoid tuition increases. Contributions are strictly voluntary—and all gifts are gratefully received and warmly acknowledged—although our hope is that each family will participate at some level, based on their means. In addition to the Annual Fund, our school hosts occasional fund-raising events, allowing parents additional opportunities to support Montessori Learning Path, both financially and through gifts of service.
What is money raised for?
The money raised is used in all areas of the school: for programs, equipment, staff development, new classroom materials, and general operating expenses. All gifts to Montessori Learning Path are tax deductible to the extent allowed by the laws governing tax-exempt, 501(c)(3) organizations. Gifts may be presented in cash, checks, stocks, tangible assets, and through credit-card payment.

This is our largest and most important fundraiser, in which we ask parents, grandparents and alumni to participate. This year due to our 25th celebration, we have decided to use the theme "Back to The Beginning". We will not only have the fundraiser, but also have a 1980's Dance Party as well. Get out the parachute pants and leg warmers. Spray up that hair, put in that banana clip and tack up those Jordache jeans.....This is going to be a PARTY! Help us celebrate 25 years of early education and raise some funds to keep us going strong! If you are interested in helping, please contact us at (815)-964-1700.
